WILMINGTON – Today, in concurrence with President Trump’s proclamation regarding the passing of United States Senator Lindsey Graham, Governor Matt Meyer has ordered the United States and Delaware flags at state buildings and facilities to be flown at half-staff beginning immediately and ending Saturday, July 18 at 6:00 p.m. ET.
