PBF Holding Company LLC and Delaware City Refining Company LLC (together “PBF”) today announced the successful restart of the Delaware City petroleum refinery, which was closed down by previous owners in 2009.

This is a battle we are going to have to wage for a very long time. If you are a survivor, know that there is help. If you know someone in a situation you suspect is dangerous, get them help.”




Officials Mark Kickoff of Second Phase of Yorklyn Revitalization Project

DNREC’s Division of Parks & Recreation kicked off the second phase of a project designed to revitalize the town of Yorklyn in the northwest corner of the state into a vibrant, lively and scenic centerpiece while still retaining its mill town roots.
