Biden Names Seasoned Prosecutor as State Prosecutor

Today Attorney General Beau Biden named Kathleen Jennings as State Prosecutor in the Delaware Department of Justice. Jennings brings more than 30 years of experience as a prosecutor and administrator to the top spot in the Department’s Criminal Division. She replaces Richard Andrews who was confirmed by the United States Senate last week as U.S. District Judge for Delaware.
