The Delaware Attorney General’s office today filed an emergency petition with the Delaware Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline against a Dover physician over alleged sexual misconduct against patients.

State House passes legislation that toughens penalties for criminals who commit crimes with guns

With broad bi-partisan support, the State House today passed a measure drafted by the Attorney General’s office aimed at deterring the illegal possession of firearms by criminals who are already prohibited from possessing guns.
