Sussex County Residents Eligible for SBA Loans for “Sandy” Repairs

The United States Small Business Administration (SBA) has announced that because Sussex County, Delaware is contiguous to Worcester County, Maryland, which was the primary Maryland county adversely affected by Hurricane Sandy, homeowners, businesses, and non-profit organization in Sussex County can apply for special SBA loans.

A charitable gift of over $227,500 by Georgetown-based J.G. Townsend, Jr. & Co. to the State of Delaware Open Space Program will help fund future land preservation efforts in Sussex County.
