The Delaware Division of Small Business (DSB) launched the new Office of Small Business Access (OSBA), creating a single point of contact to help entrepreneurs navigate state government and connect with the resources they need to start, grow, and succeed. With the launch of OSBA, business owners can now report regulatory, licensing, and permitting challenges as well as request assistance at business.delaware.gov/osba.

28 Delaware Organizations Receive Grants to Improve Food Access

The Delaware Division of Small Business (DSB) is announcing the 28 businesses and organizations receiving more than $700,000 in grants through the Delaware Grocery Initiative and First State Food System Program. This program is designed to expand access to healthy, affordable food in Delaware communities currently identified as food deserts or at risk of becoming food deserts.
