The Delaware Senate unanimously confirmed the nomination of Jennifer Cohan to serve as Secretary of the Delaware Department of Transportation, succeeding Secretary Shailen Bhatt, who will accept a nomination by Governor John Hickenlooper to serve as Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Transportation.




Gordons Pond Winter Hike at Cape Henlopen State Park

Insurance Commissioner Karen Weldin Stewart has approved the Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau’s workers’ compensation amended rate filing, resulting in overall average decreases of 9.7% in the residual market rate and 11.5% in the voluntary market loss cost.
