The Delaware Capitol Police will partner with the Blood Bank of Delmarva to host a community blood drive on Wednesday, July 8, in Georgetown to help replenish critically low blood supplies and honor Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.), which supports families and co-workers of fallen law enforcement officers.
