DNREC and the Delaware Division of Public Health will begin soliciting for new water quality improvement projects Monday, Jan. 13 as the agencies start to develop 2025 Clean Water State Revolving Fund and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund project priority lists to be considered for funding.

Garvin is moving on from public service after leading the Department for eight years during the Carney Administration, with his immediate successor DNREC Deputy Secretary Lisa Borin Ogden, who has served with him at DNREC since the early days of the Carney administration and been an integral part of the Department’s success during that time.
