Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden issued the following statement today after the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware announced that a federal criminal indictment has been secured charging David Matusiewicz, Lenore Matusiewicz, and Amy Gonzalez with stalking crimes in an effort to kill, injure, and harass Christine Belford, the former wife of David Matusiewicz.
