UPDATE: Delaware’s Revised Black Sea Bass Recreational Fishing Regulations Apply in Both State and Federal Waters

DNREC revised recreational fishing state regulations for black sea bass to reflect a greater abundance of the species for anglers to catch. After federal regulatory action this week, the same regulations will apply to Delaware anglers starting May 1 whether fishing in state or federal waters.
