Earlier this week, Governor Markell and I had the chance to visit Evraz Steel right here in Claymont. We announced one of the largest investments to improve this great facility: reduce the particulate emissions by 99%. What that means is all the dust that used to come from this plant that would affect the local community or affect the workers here is now actually being captured by this great facility right here.
