In accordance with President Biden’s order and as a mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated on October 25, 2023, in Lewiston, Maine, Governor John Carney has ordered both the U.S. and Delaware flags at state buildings and facilities to be flown at half-staff effective immediately. Flags are to remain at half-staff until sunset, October 30, 2023.
