DUI Checkpoints Continue

A total of eighty-eight (88) people were arrested statewide last week for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) of alcohol and/or drugs. Of those 88 individuals, eleven (11) were arrested at Checkpoint Strikeforce DUI checkpoints over the Labor Day weekend. Statewide, there have been 2,823 DUI arrests made in Delaware this year.

A Delaware Child Predator Task Force investigation into the online distribution of child pornography has resulted in the arrest of a Kenton man, Attorney General Beau Biden announced today.
