The Delaware Department of Insurance has successfully completed the requirements for full accreditation from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC).

Commissioner Karen Weldin Stewart is encouraged that DCRB’s initial indicated rates reflect a decrease.

Insurance Commissioner Karen Weldin Stewart announced that she has reduced to 9.9% a request from Highmark BlueCross BlueShield for a health rate increases on small employer grandfathered individual plans.
