The Delaware Department of Justice’s Office of Civil Rights and Public Trust is investigating the officer-involved shooting on Wednesday in Wilmington and will determine whether the police officers acted in compliance with Delaware law.




13 Wilmington Gang Members Indicted

Following a lengthy investigation involving multiple local, state and federal agencies, 13 members of the Touch Money Gang, or TMG, a violent Wilmington neighborhood youth gang, were indicted by a grand jury for a long list of crimes including six murders, five shootings with injuries and a bank robbery.

Pamela Davis, 51, of Bear, a self-employed Licensed Clinical Social Worker operating PD Counseling Services out of several locations in New Castle County, was arrested July 8, 2015, for health care fraud, theft of more than $1,500, and falsifying business records.
