Wilmington’s Baynard Stadium will be closed for public use from July 11 through Aug.12 to allow for removal of the south bleachers, which were closed in May due to structural safety concerns.
Insurance Department Will Help Find Delawareans’ Missing Life Insurance Policies

Commissioner Karen Weldin Stewart today announced that the Department now provides Delaware residents and their families with a free search service that can help locate missing life insurance policies or annuity contracts left behind by loved ones who have passed away.

DNREC’s Division of Watershed Stewardship and the office of Environmental Finance are now accepting project proposals from state, county and municipal governments and governmental subdivisions for matching grants for wastewater and surface water project planning. Proposals must be received by close of business (4:30 p.m.), Thursday, Aug. 4.
