Delaware Students Excel at National STEM Conference
The Delaware Technology Student Association (DETSA) proudly announces the outstanding performance of its student leaders June 26-30, 2024 at the 2024 National TSA Conference held in Orlando. Grants to Support Students Experiencing Homelessness
Fourteen districts or charter schools will benefit from McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act Education for Homeless Children and Youth grants to facilitate the enrollment, attendance, and success in school of children and youth experiencing homelessness. The McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act defines homeless children and youth as individuals who lack a fixed, adequate, and regular nighttime residence.
DNREC Again to Offer Popular ‘Life in the Bay’ Educational Seining Program for Families of All Ages
DNREC invites families of all ages to participate in “Life in the Bay,” the popular youth education program geared toward children aged 6 and older, but with equal appeal to adults who want to learn about fish and other aquatic creatures that live in the Delaware Bay.
