Governor Markell announced the nomination of Judge James T. Vaughn, Jr., a 15-year veteran of the Superior Court who has served as President Judge since 2004, to serve on the Delaware Supreme Court.




Dr. Gary L. Collins Named Delaware Chief Medical Examiner

Lewis D. Schiliro, Secretary of Safety and Homeland Security, announced the appointment of Dr. Gary L. Collins as Delaware’s Chief Medical Examiner. Dr. Collins will oversee the many forensic and pathology testing functions performed by the Division of Forensic Science (DFS).




Businesses selected for Project Pop-Up 2014

Five entrepreneurs jumped at an opportunity offered by the State of Delaware and used it to achieve their dreams of moving into a brick-and-mortar location.
