PBF Announces Major Project at the Delaware City Refinery

PBF Holding Company LLC and Delaware City Refining Company LLC (together “PBF”) today announce the PBF Clean Fuels Project. PBF’s Board of Directors conditionally approved the construction of a $1 billion project consisting of a mild hydrocracker and hydrogen plant which will be built at its Delaware City Refinery.




Delmar’s New State-of-the-Art Wastewater Treatment Facility Unveiled

Delmar’s new state-of-the-art wastewater treatment facility was unveiled today at a ribbon-cutting ceremony that included dignitaries from Delaware, Maryland, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. They were joined by representatives from local construction and engineering companies who worked for more than a year to transform the outdated facility to an innovative, effective wastewater treatment plant that protects the health and safety of families and provides significant clean water benefits for the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.




Funding Available for US-Israeli Collaborations

The Israel-US Bi-National Research and Development (BIRD) Foundation supports US-Israeli joint development projects with matching grants of up to $1 million.  This competitive grant process is designed to bring innovative technologies to market through US-Israel cooperation.




Governor’s Weekly Message: Supporting Small Business During Your Holiday Shopping

“One way you can give a gift to yourself while shopping for friends or family is to shop at local and small businesses here in Delaware,” said Governor Markell.  “Your money, when spent locally,  not only helps to keep Delawareans working – it’s money that can then be used by small business owners to support other small and local businesses – and from it, the benefits to our economy keep growing.”
