Following a 35 – 4 vote in the House, Governor Markell signed Senate Bill 241 into law today setting up the Division of Forensic Science to take over the operations previously conducted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.




Governor’s Weekly Message: Shoring Up Delaware’s Response to Natural Disasters

In his weekly message, Governor Markell encourages Delawareans to be prepared for extreme weather events and highlights ongoing efforts to mitigate the damage caused by natural disasters.
