Governor Carney, DPH Release New Fall Sports Guidance

The new guidance categorizes sports by risk – high risk, medium risk, and low risk – and requires sports organizers to follow guidance around masks, social distancing, and other preventive measures to keep players, families, and coaches safe.




State champions in sportsmanship winners announced

The Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association [DIAA] offers an annual statewide competition in sportsmanship. The member schools compete against a set of ten standards that measure the school community’s commitment to the educational nature of interscholastic athletics. The process is demanding and involves the total school community. Member schools submit a portfolio that is judged by the Sportsmanship Committee to determine if each school has successfully met the standards.

The Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) Board of Directors is pleased to announce the winners of the 2017 DIAA/Harry Roberts – Senior Scholar Athlete awards.
