DNREC’s Division of Parks & Recreation announces cap reached on sale of Delaware surf-fishing permits

DNREC’s Division of Parks & Recreation has announced that it has reached its cap of 17,000 Delaware surf-fishing permits, as voted on this year by the state’s Parks and Recreation Advisory Council. With the cap figure attained, no more surf tag permits will be issued until December.




DNREC Division of Fish & Wildlife announces arrival of 2019/20 Delaware Hunting & Trapping guide

The 2019/20 Delaware Hunting & Trapping guide is now available at participating license agents throughout the state, at the Division of Fish & Wildlife’s licensing desk in the Richardson & Robbins Building in Dover, and online.




DNREC to showcase responsible crabbing practices June 27 at Cape Henlopen State Park’s Seaside Nature Center

DNREC will be presenting information on responsible crabbing practices, including prevention of derelict crab pots, as well as safe boating.
