DNREC invites wildlife art enthusiasts, stamp and print collectors, waterfowl hunters, anglers, birdwatchers, wetland conservationists, and working retriever fans to gather at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, April 12 for the judging of Delaware’s annual Waterfowl Stamp and Trout Stamp contests, which will be held at the Dover Public Library, on Loockerman Plaza, in Dover.

Hearns Pond boat ramp to be closed April 2-4 for courtesy dock installation
DNREC’s Division of Fish & Wildlife announced today that the boat ramp at Hearns Pond will be closed from April 2-4 to install a courtesy dock. A courtesy dock is a floating structure located alongside a launching ramp that makes launching and trailering boats easier.
