The Governor’s Advisory Council for Exceptional Citizens (GACEC) is collaborating with the Delaware YMCA to host a resource fair during Disability History and Awareness Month (DHAM) in October. The hope is for Delawareans to learn more about disability resources, recognize the contributions of people with disabilities to our communities, and to actively participate in inclusion efforts throughout our state. Our theme this year is “Same Dreams; Different Abilities.”
