A New Castle County man who shot another in the back on back on a Wilmington street in 2012 has received a long prison sentence for his crime, Attorney General Beau Biden announced today.

Senate Bill 177, sponsored by Sen. Margaret Rose Henry and Rep. Helene Keeley, passed the Senate last month and now goes to Gov. Jack Markell’s desk.
