DNREC and the Division of Public Health have extended the due date for notices of intent for loans for wastewater, drinking water, stormwater, and related infrastructure projects.




State Attorneys General and State Mortgage Regulators Reach Settlement with PHH Mortgage Corporation Over Loan Issues

The Delaware Department of Justice, 48 other state attorneys general, the District of Columbia and over 45 state mortgage regulators have reached a settlement with New Jersey-based mortgage lender and servicer PHH Mortgage Corporation over improper loan servicing. DNREC, DHSS to host July 14 public workshop on Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund

DNREC’s Office of the Secretary, Environmental Finance, and DHSS Division of Public Health, Office of Drinking Water, will host a public workshop from 10 a.m. to noon, Friday, July 14, at the Kent County Administrative Complex, 555 South Bay Road, in Dover, in preparation for the development of FY 2017 project priority lists for the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Funds.
