Governor Markell Announces Lifting of State of Emergency in New Castle County
Governor Jack Markell announced he has lifted the State of Emergency with Level One Driving Warning for New Castle County, effective at 2 p.m. today. The State of Emergency with a Level 1 Driving Warning remains in effect in Kent and Sussex Counties.
