Predator Sentenced To More Than Two Decades In Prison

DOVER – Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden announced that an investigation and subsequent prosecution by the Delaware Child Predator Task Force has resulted in Douglas Watson, 43 of Hartly, receiving a 24-year sentence in Kent County Superior Court on Monday.

 

Watson, who was arrested in May, pled guilty on Oct. 29 to one count of second-degree rape and two counts of dealing in child pornography.  Kent County Superior Court Judge William Witham sentenced Watson to 20 years on the second-degree rape charge and two years each on the child pornography charges.
