End of Year Celebration held for DNREC’s Division of Parks & Recreation’s Youth Conservation Corps

DNREC Secretary Garvin thanked the 58 Youth Conservation Corps spent who spent 14,000 hours this summer helping to maintain Delaware State Parks during a celebration for their service.
