‘Fueling the Future’ clean transportation event draws a packed house to learn about alternative fuel vehicles

The Delaware Clean Cities Coalition, in conjunction with DNREC’s Division of Energy & Climate, hosted a capacity attendance of more than 170 transportation professionals from across Delaware and neighboring states at Fueling the Future: Clean Transportation for a Greener Delaware at Dover Downs Hotel and Casino.




Division of Fish & Wildlife treating downstate ponds for nuisance aquatic weeds

DNREC’s Division of Fish & Wildlife has started treating downstate ponds for nuisance aquatic weeds. These nuisance weeds, if left unchecked, can choke the water they’ve invaded, crowd out beneficial plant species and prevent fishing and boating access.




Volunteers and boats sought for Inland Bays Cleanup on June 11

‘Mighty Mo’s’ big gun moved to permanent resting place at historic Fort Miles in Cape Henlopen State Park
