“Delaware’s Freedom of Information Act helps ensure transparency and accountability in government, which is the people’s business,” said Governor Markell. “This Executive Order makes it easier for citizens to make FOIA requests, requires executive branch agencies to be more consistent in how they respond to these requests, and in many cases, substantially reduces the cost of FOIAs.

September’s Coastal Cleanup Draws More Than 2,200 Volunteers, Collects More Than 10 Tons of Trash and Recyclables
