Wilmington, DE – In his weekly message, Governor Markell marks the final phase of construction of the Industrial Track Trail, part of the more than 50 miles of new trails and pathways as part of a statewide initiative launched under his administration. While raising Delaware ranking among the most bikeable states from 31st to the third, the effort is making Delaware also helping attract new visitors and residents, while providing more options for transportation and for living a healthy lifestyle.
