Governor Signs 3 Bills to Reduce Burden of Regulations Upon Small Businesses

Following through on a commitment made in his State of the State address to further reduce the red tape and spur business growth in the First State, Governor Markell signed three regulatory reform bills into law.

Governor Markell has ordered the American and Delaware flags at state buildings and facilities be lowered to half-staff as a mark of respect for the victims of the shooting that took place on July 16, 2015 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
