DNREC Announces Spring and Summer Schedule for ‘Take a Kid Fishing!’ Events
The DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife announced a full spring and summer schedule of “Take A Kid Fishing!” events for budding anglers ages 6 through 15 who, along with their parents, grandparents or guardians, can learn how to fish at the upcoming events sponsored by DNREC’s Aquatic Resources Education Center at locations throughout the state.

Do you know a youngster or a young teen who might enjoy learning about fishing and the delight in having the opportunity to catch a fish? DNREC’s “Take a Kid Fishing!” events are offered free of charge to all participants, with all fishing equipment needed also provided free for participants’ use at the events.
