Commissioner Stewart approved an amended filing submitted by the Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau, Inc. (DCRB) which proposed an overall average increase of 14.6 percent in voluntary market loss costs and 19 percent in residual market rates.

The United States Small Business Administration (SBA) has announced that because Sussex County, Delaware is contiguous to Worcester County, Maryland, which was the primary Maryland county adversely affected by Hurricane Sandy, homeowners, businesses, and non-profit organization in Sussex County can apply for special SBA loans.
