The unofficial results of the Colonial School District Referendum should be available at about 9 p.m. this evening. The Department of Elections for New Castle County will compile the unofficial results at the Department’s warehouse located at 220 Lisa Dr in New Castle. The results will be posted at http://electionsncc.delaware.gov.

The Department of Elections for New Castle County has a Polling Place for today’s (June 4th) Colonial School District Referendum on the mezzanine of the Carvel State Office Building in downtown Wilmington. Persons eligible to vote in the referendum may vote there between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Delaware Office of Highway Safety (OHS) and Delaware law enforcement agencies statewide will again be toughening up enforcement of Delaware’s distracted driving laws as part of the third and final wave of the Phone in One Hand. Ticket in the Other. campaign to save lives on the state’s roadways. Enforcement will take place statewide from June 4-17.
