Delaware offender fails to return to work release center

The Delaware Department of Correction announces that Rachel Tarnovshcian, an offender currently on work release, has failed to return from an authorized job seeking pass issued by the Sussex Community Corrections Center in Georgetown. Attempts to make contact with her have been unsuccessful and an escape warrant for her arrest has been issued.
