SEAFORD – DNREC Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources Police are investigating the apparent drowning of a 14-year-old boy this afternoon at the Seaford Boat Ramp on the Nanticoke River.




Delaware City and Augustine Beach boat ramps in New Castle County to close briefly this month for repairs

The Delaware City Boat Ramp, located within Fort DuPont State Park, and the Augustine Beach Boat Ramp, located south of Port Penn, will each be closed temporarily this month to allow contractors to replace pilings that hold floating docks in place, DNREC’s Division of Fish & Wildlife announced today. Shoreline fishing access will be unaffected in both locations.
