The M/V Twin Capes, a ferry christened 43 years ago on the Delaware Bay and retired after thousands of runs between her namesakes Cape Henlopen, Delaware, and Cape May, New Jersey, was sunk to become part of Delaware’s acclaimed artificial reef system.

Dover, DE (June 15, 2018) – Diliana Legeros age 33, and Joseph Aubourg age 43, of Milford Delaware were indicted by a Delaware Grand Jury on June 4th for insurance fraud, then arrested after turning themselves in to Capital Police on June 11th.  The defendants were processed, arraigned, and released on $1,000 unsecured bond each.  […]
