As a mark of respect for Queen Elizabeth II, and in concurrence with President Joe Biden’s order, Governor Carney has ordered all U.S. and Delaware flags to be flown at half-staff at State buildings and facilities until sunset on Monday, September 19, 2022, the date of Queen Elizabeth’s funeral. Flags should be returned to full staff at the start of businesses on Tuesday, September 20, 2022.

In recognition and memory of Senator Richard Cordrey’s service to the State of Delaware, Governor Carney has ordered the Delaware flag at state buildings and facilities be flown at half-staff until sunset on August 27, 2022.
