Insurance Commissioner Stewart announced today that the recent Obama administration decision to allow for the two-year extension of health plans that are not compliant with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) does not apply to the state of Delaware, as per state law.

Two hundred sixty-three employees of Delaware state agencies and their immediate family members submitted artwork for the 2014 exhibition and contest. Twenty-one awards were announced in five categories – Professional, Intermediate, Amateur, Teen (13-18 years old), and Youth (12 years and under), culminating in one Best in Show.
