Biden Takes Action To Shut Down Wilmington Gang House

Attorney General Beau Biden announced that his office, joined by the City of Wilmington, has filed a lawsuit to shut down a gang clubhouse and clean up a property on Wilmington’s East Side that has been the site of at least 15 shootings – including five homicides – in the past eight years.
