DNREC, Woodlawn Trustees Preserve Access to Popular Trail Along Brandywine Creek

The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control joins the Woodlawn Trustees to announce their collaborative effort to preserve a parcel of land that provides entryway to a vital part of the northern Delaware trail system along the Brandywine Creek.

The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control is deeply saddened to announce the Brandywine Zoo’s southern pudu, Haechan, died on June 25, 2022.

 Gov. John Carney and DNREC Secretary Shawn M. Garvin unveiled a Division of Public Archives historical marker to dedicate Jason Beach as a historic site in recognition of its significance.
