State of Delaware Announces Office Operations for Tuesday, February 24, 2026

State of Delaware offices in Kent and Sussex Counties are expected to open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Non-essential employees who live or work in those counties should not report until that time. Offices in New Castle County will operate on a regular schedule. Driving restrictions in Kent and Sussex Counties remain under review, with an update expected Tuesday morning.

Severe Weather Conditions & Emergencies Alert:
State of Delaware offices in all three counties will be closed on Monday, February 23, 2026, during the regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Non-essential employees are not to report to work for this period. Essential employees designated for severe weather are to report as scheduled.
