Governor Carney Orders Lowering of Flags

In accordance with President Biden’s order and as a mark of respect for the memory of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, Governor John Carney has ordered both the U.S. and Delaware flags at state buildings and facilities to be flown at half-staff effective immediately. Flags are to be returned to full staff at sunset on the day of Senator Feinstein’s interment.
