Office of Supplier Diversity Announces Statewide Bonding Pilot Program for Small and Diverse Contractors

The Delaware Office of Supplier Diversity (OSD) proudly announces the launch of a Statewide Bonding Pilot Program – a targeted initiative designed to support small and diverse contractors in securing the bonding capacity needed to grow and compete for larger construction opportunities.




22 Businesses and Organizations Awarded First State Food System Grants

The Delaware Division of Small Business (DSB) is pleased to announce that 22 businesses and organizations have received grants through the Delaware Grocery Initiative, also called First State Food System Grants. This program aims to expand access to healthy foods in food deserts in Delaware and to areas at risk of becoming food deserts, by providing grants and other forms of financial assistance to eligible food resources.
