Responding to proposals Governor Markell made in his State of the State address, the House of Representatives unanimously passed House Bill 147 to establish regular reviews of state regulations, while the Delaware Senate unanimously passed Senate Bill 113 and Senate Bill 120 to require that state agencies announce any additional burden that a new regulation would place on small businesses.




Food safety certification course offered to potential on-farm food entrepreneurs

Agricultural entrepreneurs who want to produce certain foods in their on-farm kitchens can receive food safety training and become certified under Delaware law at an upcoming workshop.
