Governor Jack Markell today celebrated the first-year progress of the pilot program funded by the grant with a visit to the Parents and Children Together at Tech United Cerebral Palsy of Delaware (PACTT) child care center at Sussex Technical High School in Georgetown. Governor Announces Next Stage of Early Education Efforts
